Year built cut-off for BRRRR investing

Hello BP,

Do you guys typically have a year built cut-off for BRRRR investing? Meaning, if a house is built prior to 1950, would you even consider buying it as a rehab? What's the general wisdom on basing investment decisions on year-built?

Thanks!

David
