Hi friends,

I am a virtual wholesaler looking at Philadelphia as a potential new market. I am curious if anyone out there wholesales in this market? and if you are familiar with the transfer tax? I am trying to get the verbiage dialed in on our purchase contract. Thanks in advance:)
