Partnering for profit, scale and accountability

I bought my first deal in February 2019 and when the rehab is finally complete in 2 weeks, after a long story, I should be able to get a 15% BRRRR return, much less than originally anticipated, with a lot left in the deal (more for a later post).

I met another investor through BP and he and I partnered on another deal in June. That one is done and on the market for rent, refinancing soon, a drastically different experience from my first.

I want to encourage those of you that are having tough sledding on the first deal. Continue to push forward, keep searching for deals, networking and taking action. My business partner on the second deal has held me accountable, kept me from being lazy and we move forward together. Hopefully working on a bigger deal soon.

@Joseph Firmin - Congrats man!  You've pushed through the barrier most people get stopped at.  Keep the ball rolling and have fun doing it!
