Multiple properties, different banks, can I just borrow from 1?
BP!!
I have 2 condos, both loans from 2 different banks with PMI on both. Curious if any bank would loan me 1 lump sum to pay off both loans at a lower or equal rate. I would not have to pay PMI, I can pay 1 lender, and hopefully the rate would be lower.
Am I looking for a unicorn?
