Hello, my cousin is interested in buying a townhouse near James Madison University. His son is entering his senior in high school and will be attending JMU next year. The idea is that he can find at least a 4bd so he can rent the other rooms out to friends and live rent free and ideally make some cash flow to help with college expenses.
