Preliminary Title Search

Good afternoon, everyone. I’m new to real estate investing, and have an opportunity to secure a tax sale property prior to the county tax sale. Before spending too much time and dollars having the attorney facilitate a title search and a formal contract, I was curious if there’s any websites, applications or software you’d suggest for a preliminary title search.

Finally pursuing my first deal but figured I’d ask for advice.
