CO investor/entity purchasing a flip in CA
Hi,
I am under contract, with my CO S Corp, for a purchase in CA. My lender mentioned that I may have to register my CO corp in CA in order to be in compliance. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, what is the cost to get in registered, and what will be the cost on the back end of the sale? Will it just be better for me to take title as an individual?
Thanks.
