Interesting offer from a lender, free appraisals!

Hey guys,

I got an email from a lender this morning offering free appraisals for the month of August. The cool thing is they actually do it for both residential and commercial, and some of us know how expensive commercial appraisals can be. 

I just thought I'd share this info with the BP community to take advantage of.
