Revere Beach Boulevard Has Gone Super Nova....
I can't picture Revere being affordable unless you're a big money professional in the not so distant future. I am seeing stuff I have never seen as a long time resident in Mass like 100k cars driving out of those new condo developments, a total displacement of blue collar workers and low income families under way. They are being bought out, can't afford the rent etc. Never seen this magnitude of transition before, maybe Cambridge or Charlestown but Revere seems like it is definitely on the same path. Where is the money coming from? Some say a ton of foreign investment pouring in.
