First time investor quandry
Searching for my first deal in Central MA. Looking primarily for a sfh for starters, but I really like the idea of a small multi as well. Problem is, I would ultimately like to stick relatively close to my home base, but the multis there are generally in questionable neighborhoods. I have no desire to pursue slumlord status.
Should probably continue to focus on the single family for now....
