I'm brand new to the BiggerPockets forum, however I'm not completely new to the podcast. I just finished the BRRRR book and would network and make some moves so I can do the get rich for sure/slow approach.

Does anyone have any tips? I’m pretty new to being a Realtor, and still work full time in I.T.

I’ve read Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Real Book of Real Estate, How to Make Millions in Real Estate in Three Years with No Money, Real Estate Investing for Dummies, Trump University - Commercial Real Estate 101, and a few Grant Cardone book.

I guess I’m stuck in analysis paralysis.

I need a mentor or someone to help me stay accountable so I can stay focused, and help me with creating a system that will help me with the follow ups.
