Question About BRRRR Refinancing...

Does anyone know of banks that will refinance your BRRRR, when you used a hard money lender to buy the property, with no or low docs? Thinking of buying my first BRRRR, and want to make sure I can refinance it. I just purchased David Green's BRRRR audio and I can't wait to get thru all of it.

Small Local Banks, and mostI have talk to are not familiar with the term BRRRR. Just say Cash Out refi of rental property and they will immediately know what you mean. LTV limits are 75% at least in my state and rates tend to be higher. I just did one 5.375% (30 yr fixed) and 75% LTV. Perfect BRRRR @Sandi L Williams
