The last 3 clients homes I went into in the Kinston area all had general contractors do work in there homes. And literally all 3 of them are going back and forth with their contractors on work not being properly done. I'm new to the area and I see this area as a gold mine and opportunity for investors and GOOD quality contractors. I have the skills to inspect the property before you buy it and give you a quote on the repairs so you day one what you will be paying fully out of your pocket for the investment.
