Selling SFH to a foreign tenant
I currently have a foreign tenant (here on a work visa) who is interested in purchasing a SFH I have Grapevine, TX. I believe the tenant has been in the US for a little less than a year. I don't know what kind of credit they have built up in the US. I question is, what kind of options could I offer the tenant? Could owner financing be a good option? How would that work?
