Selling my house - what will cause an FHA inspection to fail?

Hey!

My wife and I are finally in contract to sell our house so we can begin investing in real estate. The prospective buyer already did a typical home inspection which came back with a few “potential safety hazards” that I addressed.

They are getting an FHA loan and I know they need an FHA appraisal and inspection.

My question is, what could cause my house to fail the FHA inspection?

Thanks in advance!

Travis
