St. Joes University Rental in Philadelphia, PA
Hey BP, so I’m a somewhat modest experienced wholesaler and I just came across a deal located a block a way from St. Joes University (Private 4yr university in Philadelphia, PA) but the cap rate as a rental seems to only fall within the 5-6% range. Are there buyers out there that are interested in this low return? Although it could be used as student housing
