International investor needing finance help

Hey everyone!

Long story short I'm an international investor from Sydney, Australia. Whilst I've done work here I'm Jr to the US real estate market.

Quick question as I've been conducting my due diligence on this topic however I haven't been too successful with making any progress.

I'm looking to purchase my first buy and hold property in the US in the coming months and i have most of the foundations covered for this to happen however I'm struggling to find what finance options I have given my location.

I've spoken with a few companies however it is proving somewhat difficult to find a lender willing to move forward with my situation.

Any help and/or advise that could be shared on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
