Selling/renting next to cemetery
Hey BP,
I was analyzing a property and all the numbers looked pretty good to a fix and flip or buy and hold. When I drove by the property I realized it was across the street from a cemetery. I was wondering anyone has any experience selling or renting next to a cemetery. Will it detour potential buyers/renters? Should I factor for it in my deal analysis? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
