Negatives of Hard Money

Perry Dube
Posted

Hi everyone!

I am a hard money lender based out of Tampa, FL, but lending nationally in non-rural settings. We have been lending in Florida since 2016, but just started lending nationally in the past year or so. As we continue to break into new markets, I would love to hear some of the pain points that investors have experienced with hard money lender in the past. We are always looking to improve, so any negative experiences that you have had could certainly help us to make sure we don't make the same mistakes!
