How to buy couple home but only one want to sell?

I was contacted by this woman who wants to sell her house but the home is in chapter 13 and she lost her job so she wants to sell, but the problem is her husband doesn't want to sell. what are my options? Also, she pays all the bills and she doesn't live there anymore and the husband does.  I have to August 14 to close this or they will foreclose on her property?  Please Help
