New member moving to Warner Robins, GA

Hello everyone,

I am a military service member moving to Warner Robins, Georgia soon and looking for advice on the area. Just sold my house in Arizona and made 50K profit and looking for ways to re-invest the money in real estate. I've found that the more desirable areas are Bonaire, Kathleen, and Warner Robins. The max I would finance the home is for 220K. So far I've been looking at properties in the highest rated high schools (Houston County HS & Veterans HS) thinking that this would help my re-sale value. My current plan is to buy a SFR live on it for a year, rent it or sell it and then do it all over again. My main concerns are deciding in what area to buy and finding good deals. Thank you all for your help and I'm looking forward to talking with you.
