What are common repairs and cap ex to expect on the east coast?
Hi BP members!
I just moved out to the greater Boston area and am planning to BRRRR a small multifamily property (2-3 unit) out here. Having lived mostly in CA and CO, I'm wondering how the more humid and harsh climate as well as the older average age of properties out here affects rehab costs. I know that this depends heavily on the individual property, but just curious to hear about experiences you all have had with the most common cap ex items and repairs more specific to the east coast.
Thanks!
Mike
