Hello, me and my husband are buy and hold investors in FL, TN, and TX. Any recommendations for Landscaping contractors, property managers and handyman that service the Pace area? Also, looking for a contractor that is familiar with soot cleanup, which appears to be due to scented candles, oil plug-ins and/or grease fire.  I would like to get the front yard landscaping project started late July or early August. It will be a nice project. Would like to get bids now. Looking to netwok too.
