I am taking my pre-licenses for New York to become an real estate agent while staying a insurance broker in the area and other states!

What are great areas/zips to look at building your multi family portfolio over the next 36 months. I know once I become an agent I’ll know this answer but I also want to know from the investors out there now hustling to close deals and what they feel about the areas there attacking and why they choose that particular area(s)
