What‘s the protocol regarding using more than one realtor

I have a realtor that I’ve used to purchase my primary home and have referred her several times to friends and they have been very happy with her. However, even though I’ve sent her our goals and parameters for an investment property she is not sending me listings and each time I reach out to her to view a place she’s out of town. I’m wondering if it’s completely bad form to use another agent to begin viewing properties. I would stick with whichever realtor found/showed me the property to purchase.
