Buying a property off market, then reselling?
I was just wondering if anyone has heard of buying a property off market outright, then reselling it (without touching it) within a few weeks for a profit? Also was wondering what complications could occur with such a situation?

That is wholesaling. You buy an off market and sell to an investor.
