Where to start in Real Estate Investing

Hey gang! I’m 25 years and looking to get started. I’m currently owner of a roofing company in Fort Worth, Tx. My plan is to use my current business as cash vehicle to start investing. As of now I have $10,000 saved with great personal and business credit. The savings is projected to be $30,000 in one year.

My question is, is there a way I can get started now or should I wait until I have more cash flow.

I hope to invest in a multi family rental or do a flip as a starting point.

Thanks for any feedback!
