Co-Owner can't find co-owners to sell property

Hi! There is a property that I was interested in purchasing, but the person who I reached out to only owns a portion of the home. She inherited her portion from her mother, but as it turns out, her mother owned in with other family members from other members who passed away. The owner I spoke to wants to sell, but when she tried previously, she found out that she is not the 100% owner. Her mother lived in the house for a large portion of her life and now the current owner's brother lives in the house. She's interested in selling, but doesn't know how to go about finding out who the relatives are in order to sell. She could sell via a quitclaim deed, but if others in the family figure it out, then the new owner will obviously have those issues to deal with. Any suggestions?
