Cash for Keys or waits for buyer's contingency in Massachusetts
Hi everyone,
I would like to sell a property and I'm trying to figure which option is better
option# 1: is to offer cash (how much is appropriate for Lowell, Massachusetts) to my tenants to vacate one of the units, so that I can renovate the unit and make it more appealing to owner-occupied buyer.
option# 2: is to leave it as it is but make moderate repairs around the property to make it presentable.
Thanks in advance, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
