Advice for new LLC partnership

Hello all,

So, my friends and I all want to get started into real estate investing so we figured we would all do it together. We are all newly out of college and have barely any money so we are going to wait until September to make an offer on our first property. We will be focusing on apartment complexes. Probably start off with 4 doors. We have the idea of creating an LLC. We will all own 33% of the LLC's portfolio. My questions here is if there is anyone out there who has done an LLC with multiple people owning it what is their advice to us. Also, what skills should each partner need to posses to make things run smoothly.

Thanks to all,
