I’m a new investor in western Canada and I’m having a hard time finding “deals” has anyone had success finding deals under 300,000 for single family homes over 2 bedrooms especially in kelowna and Kamloops BC. Thanks in advance for your input!

Hi there

I am an investor from Kelowna and unfortunately you won’t find deals under 300K in around here.

You may have a better chance in Kamloops. (You can’t even buy a 2 bed condo for 300K nowadays and houses are 500K and up)

Good luck

Edison
