Morning closers, I am a property investor with my father and have been working at the company for about 8 years. I am 22 currently. I have been managing his properties, apart of the buying process, and have signed various large tenants. I would like to start a brokerage division of our company. Will I qualify for the brokerage? How does the point system work?
