Property Managers and Agents in Dayton, Ohio

Hi. Can anyone recommend a good agent and/or property manager in Dayton, OH? My goal is to brrrr there, so I really need to find some boots on the ground familiar with the strategy of buying + rehabbing at 75% of ARV, then refinancing out. I'd love some recommendations for contractors as well, if anyone would be willing to share. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies!
