Im new here what are some Terms and Slang that I must know?

I am 17 years old and I have been very interested in Real Estate for about a year now, I have listened to about 10-12 Bigger Pockets Podcasts but I still am lost at almost everything they say. Could anyone help explain some basic terms that a beginner should know? Such as MLS, 1-2% rule, wholeselling, etc....
