Dear Puerto Ricans and PR Investors - my burning questions

My burning questions, I'll just come right out and ask:

Where do you find property data in Puerto Rico? (Owner, taxes, other)

How do I find out who the owner is of that abandoned property?

Where do you find recent transactions and sold properties to try and determine comps and market value?

Is anyone working to wholesale in PR similar to the way wholesalers work in the U.S.?
