MIA Seller! What’s next?

I have closed on over 20 real estate deals, and I've just experienced my first! I was was supposed to close on a property yesterday, but the seller has been MIA (missing in action) for about two weeks! "Supposedly", the seller's agent and broker can't get in touch with them at all. The seller isn't responding to phone calls, texts, emails, etc. I say "supposedly" because everything seems so fishy. The agent has closed a couple properties with this seller recently too. The agent and broker refuse to go inside the property for a wellness check. The agent and broker are wanting me to cancel the contract, but we can't cancel it without the seller's signature. The seller's has the property set up under an LLC, and they are from Brazil.

Any advice on how to move forward?
