Hi, I am wanting to build a portfolio in Augusta, GA and I currently have a distressed home under contract.

I am looking for an investor-friendly contractor that can help with this project. 
Most likely everything will need to be fixed up including electric, plumping, flooring, kitchen, bath, etc. 
Any references would be tremendously helpful, Thank you!
