Where are deals in The Triangle of North Carolina

Hi, I am beginning to invest in my home state of NC, within or around the Triangle area.  I am working and living in San Francisco currently, and am pursuing a buy & hold strategy for condos / townhomes or SFHs in the $75k-$125k range.  

If anyone from the BP community invests in NC, I would love to know which cities specifically they are searching for the best deals?  I know the market nearby is pretty SCORCHING and is scorching up most of the good deals as a result.
