Hiya!   New to BP...but been a long time rental property investor/owner... and flipper (part time).    Has anyone here in Los Angeles dealt with Opportunity Zones yet?  Any hiccups..  What have you learned?   Trying to find a map or resource that lays out exactly where these areas are....  Please chime in.  I would very much appreciate the help and some guidance.

@Alvin Uy go to https://eig.org/opportunityzones it has all the QOZ in the country and you can obviously zoom in to LA area. The challenge is in find a deal that meets the criteria esp the one where you have to double the investment minus land value in 30 months.
