What do you do for insurance on a subject to deal?

Hello:

I have just gone through some old posts and nobody could agree on what to do about insurance on a subject to deal.

Does anyone have experience in subject to? If so, what did you do about the homeowner's insurance? Did you get a new policy? Add your name to the existing policy?

Thanks in advance!
