Can you FSBO in Colorado?

I currently own some property in Gunnison, Colorado and I'm looking at selling it to the current tenants without a Realtor. I was also looking at doing owner financing. Are you still able to do "For Sale By Owner (FSBO)" in Colorado? If so, do you still work with a Title company? How do you get set as the lien holder on the property in case the buyers default?
