Potential first house

Tim Ingram
Posted

Hello All,

After about 2 weeks of researching and watching houses on the market, I think I have found a house! However, I am a college graduate student seeking my MBA. That being said I am about 75,000 in debt (student loans). Is it possible for me to find a loan and if so any suggestions? The house is $140,000 but I think I can get it down to 120,000 its a 3 bedroom 2 bath in a college town and has been listed for about 2 months now.
