I am looking to downsize, thinking about putting my house on the market, but I just found a nice income generating four-plex that I am very interested in buying. The problem is all units are occupied, and I would like a unit for myself. Do I buy them out of their lease? Stay in current house? Any suggestions/ideas are welcome.
