Purchase bankruptcy 13 home mineral rights

We are looking at a home that has acreage with mineral rights. The owner is in chapter 13 as of beginning 2018 and wants to keep the mineral rights.

New here and very interested in the property. It has gas lease on it currently. We want the mineral rights and I wondered if first we should think about it and second can we make contract saying she keeps them and they revert upon her death.
