3 Bedroom VS 4 Bedroom in new construction, which is better?

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to real estates. I am buying my first house and I have an option of adding an extra bed and extra bath to my home construction. By default home comes with 3Bed and 2.5Bath(1788 sqft), but the builders have given me an option of adding an extra bed and extra bath adding few sqft (2090 sqft) on the same lot. But if I add extra bed and bath, they are asking for $17000. Is it worth it to get it or just 3bed and 2.5bath is good for now? The location of home is new community, it is developing and there are other builders too in the same community. Any suggestions and thought is highly appreciated
