Do people really purchase properties on Roofstock??

Hello everyone,

I keep hearing the Roofstock ads on the BP podcasts. I realize that it’s just an ad. However I was wondering has anyone on BP actually purchased a property from Roofstock?

I don’t see why anyone would with such low cash on cash returns.
