Auction Due Diligence
I recently found a property on auction that I would have liked to purchase. I passed because I only had 24 hours before the auction ended. I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of taking on the potential undisclosed leans and encumbrances. Is there a reliable way to find out if there are leans, etc, on a property, without getting a full title search done? (Last one I had done took 3 weeks to complete and cost $200)
