Town listing different from appraisal?
Town has the home listed as a 3/2, but the appraiser could only appraise it as a 2/1 because the additional bedroom and bathroom are "below grade" level.
Has anyone ever heard of this?
Also, Appraiser made it "subject to" repairing a few things. But it was a conventional loan?
