Nevada repair Contingency

Feed back needed.

I am currently in a contract and submitted my repair request. In it

I asked for $2500 to cover all repairs. so that I can have the repairs done by professionals.

I have received a verbal notice that seller plans to decline repairs.

My realtor is telling me that I am in jeopardy of losing my earnest money if I don’t accept the sellers conditions because the repair money was not specific to the home inspection list.

Does an item have to be listed in the inspection report In order to request repairs
