Who are the best referral services to hang my license?
I've had my CA RE license for some years, but had it on ice for awhile. Now, I have a sphere of influence that I can't ignore (medical professionals) and would like to hang my license with a broker. I'm based in Los Angeles, CA. I've used Coldwell Banker and stopped it. It was low cost, but it seemed it didn't do follow up and another experience was a boutique broker who had a few hundred dollars in yearly/setup fees that turned me off. I'd pay for value and good follow up. Anyone have a good experience with a referral broker that can do real estate, relocation, and loans that specifically targets medical professionals?
Thank you.
